Mission lodge is a premier fly in fly out lodge based in Bristol Bay Alaska. We have permits to guide in various freshwater rivers and lakes including within the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge, Wood Tikchick State Park, Katmai National Park, Lake and Pen, etc. We are looking for an experienced guide to join our team and give our clients a once in a lifetime experience.

Approximate Season Dates: June 8- September 29
Requirements
- Applicant should be versed in all phases of freshwater sport fishing including fly-fishing, casting, trolling, spin fishing.
- Have the ability to read water and operate boats in tight, shallow water situations.
- Great customer service skills are a must along with ensuring the safety of our guests.
- Willingness to learn and being a team player are also important.
