Finance Internship - Accounts payable & Accounts receivable in London

Our finance team is growing, and we are currently looking for an intern to help in the accounts payable & receivable area.

What will you do?

• Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP.

• Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX.

• Participates in Treasury Committee process, suporting subsidiaries.

• Prepares receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices and receipts

• Participate in refunds to customers process

• Supports in cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops.

• Management of bank remittances and bank rejections.

• Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: ability to sign an internship agreement with an University or Business school for a minimum period of 4 months and 40 hours per week.

• Education: studies related to accounting and finance (Higher Degree or University Education).

• Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.

• Mandatory: advanced level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
