We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field technicians, overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of refrigeration service engineers and technicians
- Plan and coordinate daily service schedules and emergency callouts
- Monitor service performance and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Manage service reports, documentation, and operational processes
- Assist with training, development, and performance management of staff
- Proven experience in refrigeration or HVAC service management
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems
- Experience supervising or leading a team of engineers/technicians
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
