About the role: We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to join the Coolr team. Reporting into the Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of social trends—creating compelling, standout content and building strong connections with online communities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and Pinterest, proactively identifying reactive and real-time opportunities where appropriate.
- Assist in building and maintaining content calendars that encourage meaningful conversations and reflect the brand’s role within culture and community.
- Pull together regular performance reports, extracting data from native platforms and social tools, and highlighting key findings to support optimisation.
- Manage day-to-day communication with the client team, ensuring social-first content is delivered on time, aligns with brand guidelines and meets all brief requirements.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to agency processes, including supporting the development of clear and effective community management guidelines.
What we are looking for:
- Solutions-focused, proactive and strategic in approach, applying creative and critical thinking to solve client and campaign challenges independently.
- Hands-on experience across major social platforms, with a proven track record of planning, supporting and activating high-performing social campaigns end-to-end.
- Demonstrates deep, up-to-date knowledge of popular culture, platform trends, and social media updates.
- Confident managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously, prioritising workload and internal resource with minimal supervision.
- Highly detail-oriented, acting as a quality-control lead to ensure all outputs are accurate, on-brand and error-free before delivery.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, with strong written and verbal skills and the confidence to present ideas and feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively within a team while also taking ownership of tasks and delivering independently to deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep projects running smoothly.
