About the role

We're looking for a talented Pitch & Deck Designer to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of our growth function, helping transform ideas, strategies and stories into world‑class presentations that win clients, inspire teams and elevate the agency's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Design high‑impact new business pitch decks, credentials presentations, workshop materials and award submissions.
  • Create presentation systems, templates and visual frameworks that can be used across the agency.
  • Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Services and Leadership teams to develop pitch narratives and storytelling structures.
  • Elevate presentations through strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion and design craft.
  • Create bespoke pitch identities and visual territories where required.
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing presentations to feel fresh, modern and industry‑leading.
  • Build presentations across Google Slides and PowerPoint.
  • Develop presentation assets including mockups, visualisations, social examples and campaign worlds.
  • Ensure presentations are polished, accurate and delivered to the highest standard under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with pitch teams during live pitch processes.
  • Present work internally and confidently articulate design rationale.
  • Manage multiple projects and pitch timelines simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience designing presentations, pitch decks or strategic documents.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Slides and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working in agency environments, particularly new business or creative agencies.
  • Ability to take rough content and turn it into polished, persuasive presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and responding quickly to feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
  • Experience creating diagrams, frameworks and data visualisation.
  • Confident working independently and proactively solving design challenges.
  • Passionate about design, storytelling and presentation craft.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred).
  • Motion design experience is a bonus but not essential.
