About the role:
- Ideate, script and storyboard engaging social‐first lo‐fi content tailored to client objectives and platform audiences.
- Write sharp, on‐brand captions, hooks, reactive editorial copy and in‐asset text that drives engagement and storytelling.
- Shoot and edit lo‐fi content using lightweight production setups and mobile‐first creative approaches.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and evolving audience behaviours to maintain cultural relevance.
- Create compelling client presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint to pitch concepts and communicate creative execution.
- Collaborate with creative, editorial, design, production, strategy and Client Services teams to deliver high‐quality social content.
- Manage and mentor small teams of community managers and social creatives.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Bring strategic concepts to life in ways that elevate ideas and exceed expectations.
- Confidently present creative work internally, directly to clients and during new business pitches.
- Encourage clients to make braver, culturally impactful creative decisions.
- Have a strong instinct for social trends, humor and platform‐native storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating and managing social content with a portfolio (ideally TikTok/Instagram‐focused).

- In‐depth understanding of social platforms and how to optimise content for engagement.
