About the role: We are looking for an Influencer Lead to report into the Head of Influencer and support the high-level strategy for influencer marketing, overseeing accounts and driving innovation, growth, and best‑in‑class execution. This role requires extensive experience in client leadership, strategic oversight, and team management.

The job:

  • Spearhead the strategic direction for influencer campaigns across major client accounts.
  • Present and offer strategic expertise to senior level clients, ensuring alignment with long‑term objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor influencer account teams to deliver consistent excellence.
  • Lead strategic budget discussions and monitor overall profitability.
  • Act as a key decision‑maker in talent acquisition and contract approvals.
  • Collaborate on new business initiatives and present high‑level influencer proposals.
  • Refine processes and standards across the team to enhance productivity and quality.
