About the role
The Senior Marketing Manager at Coolr will play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s external presence and brand reputation. You’ll lead on marketing execution across multiple channels from events and social to thought leadership, ensuring Coolr is front and centre in the industry conversation. You’ll be responsible for managing our website, CRM and owned channels, creating a seamless experience for prospective clients, partners, and talent. This is a hands‑on role where creative flair meets strategic marketing execution.
The job
- Marketing Execution: Plan and deliver smart, creative marketing campaigns across social, events, newsletters, and thought leadership, driving awareness and engagement.
- Social Media & Content: Own and evolve how Coolr shows up on social platforms, ensuring our brand voice is bold, authentic, and culturally relevant. Lead and collaborate with the internal Coolr team to deliver standout social content that is best in class. Project manage paid social plans including content production, plus liaising with paid management teams to execute campaigns.
- Events & Activations: Lead in the management of Coolr’s owned events and Coolr’s presence at key industry events, from concept to delivery to build visibility, network and amplify our work.
- Website & Content Management: Managing content updates via the site CMS, to keep Coolr’s website fresh, dynamic, and optimised to showcase our best work and generate inbound interest. Project manage SEO efforts and collaborate on site updates to optimise performance.
- CRM & Lead Nurturing: Manage our CRM to support marketing activity and business development opportunities.
- Brand Visibility: Partner with internal teams to amplify major campaigns, award wins, press moments, and agency milestones.
- Reporting & Insights: Track and report on marketing performance, turning data into actionable insights that inform future strategy.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a marketing or brand role, ideally within a creative, social or agency environment.
- Confident owning and executing B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to build brand presence in culturally relevant ways.
- Experience managing websites and CRM platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and leads.
- A creative eye for content and storytelling, paired with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive self‑starter who’s hands‑on, collaborative, and not afraid to experiment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
