Задачи:
- Conceptualise and create social-first static and motion content tailored to platform behaviours and audience expectations
- Apply brand guidelines accurately, ensuring creative meets client standards while pursuing standout execution
- Collaborate with Client Services to deliver high-quality work on time and to brief
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, and social creatives to turn ideas into visually compelling, insight-led design
- Champion bold, progressive design thinking and guide clients toward braver, more effective creative solutions
- Present work clearly and explain design decisions and rationale to internal teams and clients
Требования:
- Passion for social media, brands, and communication
- Proficient experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to the craft
- Ability to ideate and execute design-led animations and motion graphics for video content
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience at a social-first agency delivering high-quality creative assets for clients
- Genuine enthusiasm for design
