About The Role: We're looking for an Influencer Lead to report into the Head of Influencer and support the high-level strategy for influencer marketing, overseeing accounts and driving innovation, growth, and best-in-class execution. This role requires extensive experience in client leadership, strategic oversight, and team management.
The job:
- Spearhead the strategic direction for influencer campaigns across major client accounts.
- Present and offer strategic expertise to senior level clients, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
- Oversee and mentor influencer account teams to deliver consistent excellence.
- Lead strategic budget discussions and monitor overall profitability.
- Act as a key decision-maker in talent acquisition and contract approvals.
- Collaborate on new business initiatives and present high-level influencer proposals.
- Refine processes and standards across the team to enhance productivity and quality.
