About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Influencer Executive to join the Coolr team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll manage influencer activity across campaigns — from talent sourcing and outreach through to execution and reporting. You’ll build and manage strong relationships with creators, oversee campaign delivery, and collaborate closely with internal teams to produce standout, results‑driven work for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring solid industry experience, a strong understanding of end‑to‑end campaign management, and an established network of influencer and talent contacts.

  • Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, growing Coolr’s presence in the industry and strengthening long‑term partnerships.
  • Campaign Delivery: Support end‑to‑end influencer campaign delivery, ensuring seamless execution, strong communication, and that all client objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Influencer Campaign Management: Oversee influencer campaigns across multiple clients, from briefing and talent selection through to execution and reporting.
  • New Business Contribution: Contribute to new business efforts by developing pitch materials and supporting (or attending) pitch presentations where relevant.
  • Contracting & Partnerships: Work closely with senior team members on contract negotiation and partnership management, with increasing ownership over time.
  • Network Development: Expand and strengthen Coolr’s influencer network, identifying new talent and building a high‑quality partnership portfolio.
  • On-the-Ground Activation: Attend and support shoots, events, and influencer activations, ensuring smooth delivery and strong talent experience.

What we are looking for

  • Solutions‑led mindset to complex influencer and creator challenges, combining strategic thinking with creative problem‑solving to drive measurable impact.
  • Deep expertise across all major social and creator platforms, with proven ability to design, activate, and optimise paid social and influencer campaigns that deliver against KPIs.
  • Up‑to‑date understanding of internet culture, platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging creator ecosystems.
  • Experienced in managing multiple high‑value clients and campaigns simultaneously, confidently prioritising workloads and resources to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams at all levels.
  • Highly organised and commercially aware, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments effectively.
