About The Role
We are looking for an Influencer Lead to report into the Head of Influencer and support the high‑level strategy for influencer marketing, overseeing accounts and driving innovation, growth, and best‑in‑class execution. This role requires extensive experience in client leadership, strategic oversight, and team management.
The job:
- Spearhead the strategic direction for influencer campaigns across major client accounts.
- Present and offer strategic expertise to senior level clients, ensuring alignment with long‑term objectives.
- Oversee and mentor influencer account teams to deliver consistent excellence.
- Lead strategic budget discussions and monitor overall profitability.
- Act as a key decision‑maker in talent acquisition and contract approvals.
- Collaborate on new business initiatives and present high‑level influencer proposals.
- Refine processes and standards across the team to enhance productivity and quality.
