About The Role

We're looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director to join Coolr Studios, the in‑house creative arm of Coolr, where creativity and culture move fast. You'll be part of a growing, collaborative team shaping standout campaigns and content for a range of brands, built for social from the ground up. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social. A creative leader with a strong track record of developing culturally relevant ideas and guiding teams to deliver work that cuts through. The job:

  • Lead the development of culturally relevant, social‑first creative ideas across campaigns and always on content.
  • Work closely with Strategy and Creative Directors to shape creative responses to briefs.
  • Guide Senior, Midweight and Junior Creatives through the ideation process, helping elevate ideas from individual pieces of content into stronger campaign thinking.
  • Review creative output across accounts and ensure a consistently high creative standard.
  • Present creative work confidently in client meetings and pitches.
  • Take on client feedback and guide teams on how ideas can evolve and improve.
  • Work closely with Producers, Designers, Editors and Strategists to bring ideas to life.
  • Support the development of repeatable content formats and social‑first creative systems for clients.
  • Stay on top of social trends, creator culture and emerging formats across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer team to identify suitable creators and ensure influencer content aligns with the overall creative idea.
  • Support the development of creative ideas for new business pitches and proactive opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • Creative Leadership: Ability to lead creative thinking across projects and guide teams towards stronger ideas and campaign thinking.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of how creative ideas connect to brand goals, audience behaviours and social platforms.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence presenting creative work internally and to clients.
  • Team Development: Ability to mentor creatives and help develop their thinking, craft and confidence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.), creator culture and emerging trends.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of production timelines, budgets and how ideas translate into deliverable work.
  • Collaboration: A natural ability to build strong working relationships across Strategy, Production, Design and Client Services teams.
