About The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll work within the Client services team to lead the day‑to‑day management of your accounts, acting as the key liaison between clients and our internal team. This position is all about growth, both for our agency and our clients. You’ll be instrumental in helping our agency become more renowned by delivering exciting, creative, and award‑winning social media programs.

The Job

  • Pitch new client programmes, including writing and delivering presentations to clients, and delivering existing social campaigns.
  • Act as key liaison between the client, agency partners and internal teams to deliver world‑class social media programmes.
  • Help build and direct the client’s campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day social media programmes – ensuring a high quality of output and that everything happens on time and on budget.
