We're looking for one enthusiastic, customer-focused person to join our Plant Area team on a fulltime, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Plant Sales Assistant, you'll be part of a friendly team helping customers choose the right plantswhile keeping our plant area looking its very best.
This is a hands-on, active role. You'll spend your time working with quality plants, creating inspiringdisplays and delivering excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
Greeting and assisting customers with plant enquiries and offering friendly, knowledgeableadvice
Help reduce plant wastage while creating sales opportunities through excellent customerservice.
Maintaining attractive, well-stocked plant displays Watering and caring for plants to ensure they remain healthy and well-presented Working with colleagues to maintain the high standards Coolings is known for
About You
You'll enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and be keen to provide excellent customerservice. Previous retail or horticultural experience is helpful but not essential, as we're looking forsomeone with enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn.
The role is physically active, so you'll need to be comfortable working on your feet. You'll also need tobe available to work alternate weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, and have your owntransport as public transport to our centre is limited
