Coolings Lifestyle is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time General Assistant. If you enjoy working as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and keeping things organised, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Advising and assisting customers on the shop floor
- Operating an EPOS till system and taking all forms of payment
- Putting out stock and keeping displays well presented
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised shop floor
- Assisting with deliveries and completing delivery notes as required
- Supporting the wider team with general duties as needed
- Promoting and enhancing the Coolings brand
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Own transport is essential as public transport to us is not reliable
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible and willing to get involved
