We are looking for a highly organised Marketing Coordinator.
This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a flair for communication, and a passion for delivering engaging content and campaigns that connect with our audience.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create engaging copy for our marketing emails
- Maintaining and improving the website, ensuring it is up to date with relevant information
- Coordinating the production of our Cuttings magazine working alongside our buyers and external advertising agency and creating copy which can be re purposed for use on our website and other channels
- Monitoring, and responding to the comments on our review sites
- Create content and manage posts on social media platforms and collaborate closely with marketing colleagues
- Assisting with the organisation and promotion of events
- Implementing and delivering regular internal communications to ensure all staff are kept up to date with company news and marketing activity
- Working alongside the other members of the marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy
- Ensuring that any communication coming from Coolings is in line with brand guidelines
Key skills required for the role
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Great copy-writing skills
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Design awareness and preferably with working knowledge of Adobe Suite including InDesign

- Willingness to travel to all Coolings sites (on an infrequent basis)
Qualifications and Experience
- We are ideally looking for someone of graduate level (marketing or business), however we recognise the value of experience gained in previous roles
- Experience working in a B2C marketing role
- Experience of working with WordPress and InDesign
- Experience working with loyalty/CRM marketing programmes
- Experience of producing great copy
Own transport arrangements are essential as public transport is not reliable to Coolings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
