Are you eager to launch your career in the HVAC industry? We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented HVAC Apprentice to support our seasoned HVAC service and installation teams. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable skills while ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Duties:
- Support the HVAC team with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both new construction projects and retrofit/changeout jobs.
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily
- Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
- Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
- Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store
- Maintain a professional appearance
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or similar trade is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to acquire EPA certification
- Mechanical knowledge and ability are a plus
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Knowledge of building science principles or a willingness to learn them
- Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality
- An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
