You will review and process AP invoices for London, Brussels and other offices, reconcile supplier statements, issue ad hoc payments, and liaise with suppliers and internal Cooley personnel. You will ensure VAT compliance, maintain vendor records, run weekly payment reports, and support the timely closing of accounts.
