This part‑time on‑site role in London seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to assist with wine selections, pairings, and client consultations. The Sommelier will work directly with customers to provide expert advice, manage wine inventory, handle sales, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of food and beverage service. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of wine varieties and ideal pairings.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Wine Pairing, and demonstrated experience as a Sommelier
- Expertise in Wine Sales and Food & Beverage services
- Strong Communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a customer‑focused approach
- Flexibility to work part‑time on‑site in London
- Certification in Wine & Spirit Education or similar qualifications is preferred
- Passion for wine and ongoing dedication to learning about wines and pairings
- Prior experience in a hospitality or retail wine environment is an advantage
