We are seeking a Leasehold Dispute Solicitor to join our Residential Leasehold & Block Management department. This role involves managing a diverse range of leasehold disputes and providing expert legal advice to our clients.
- Recovery of ground rent, service charge and administration charge, including legal costs.
- Enforcing leaseholder breaches of covenant including unauthorised alterations and unauthorised subletting and use, including short-term Airbnb style lettings.
- Advising upon the Building Safety Act 2022 and fire safety legislation.
- Defending claims for damages for breach of repairing obligations.
- Additional leasehold enfranchisement experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
Salary depending on experience. Competitive compensation package including ability to work from any firm office site and hybrid/flexible working options.
