Coolbox Films is a small, creative film and content production agency working with a wide range of clients across branded content, film, and digital media. We’re looking for a versatile Content Producer to join our fun, efficient team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across creative development, production, and post-production, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small agency environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Camera operation and shooting
- Kit prep and production support
- Editing and motion graphics
- Supporting creative development and content ideas
- Client handling and communication
- Using AI tools to support production and creativity
- Supporting production and post-production workflows
- Working on location (travel required)
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong shooting and camera skills
- Experience with editing, motion graphics & Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs
- Organised, proactive, and creative
- Happy to travel and work as part of a close-knit team
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Brighton, UK (with travel)
