Cool Recruitment is recruiting for Saw operatives for our clients busy site based on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The main purpose of this role is to operate the saw to process customer orders and orders for stock. Ensure material is safely banded and marked to customer specifications which will be provided. Working on Monday to Friday rotating shifts Week 1 (Apply online only) Week 2 (Apply online only) Key Responsibilities are to: Set up the saw Select, inspect and load component material Carry out processing of material Carry out and record finished goods inspections as specified Identify programming and set up errors and pass to Warehouse manager for rectification Use of equipment to move finished product but full training will be givem Ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness Experience Experience of working within a fast paced Manufacturing or Engineering setting Working to safe manufacturing processes and IT literate Full training will be given. Applicants please note as part of the recruitment process a Drug & Alcohol test will be carried out at interview stage.
