Job Description

Transform lives and protect our Earth's most vital ecosystems through the power of data. As our CRM Administrator, you'll optimise Salesforce systems that directly enable Indigenous and local communities to defend their ancestral rainforest homes from destruction.

Cool Earth isn't just another climate charity – we're pioneers in community-led conservation, working alongside Indigenous and rainforest communities across the Amazon, Congo, and Papua New Guinea. For over 17 years, we've proven that the most effective way to protect rainforests is by empowering the people who call them home.

About you

Your Salesforce expertise will be the backbone of our fundraising operations, ensuring every donation reaches those who need it most. You'll work with a passionate team who understand that robust data systems aren't just about efficiency, they're about enabling communities to stay strong, resilient, and capable of standing up to illegal loggers and land grabbers threatening their way of life.

This isn't your typical CRM role. Every report you build, every process you streamline, and every integration you manage directly contributes to preserving biodiversity, combating climate change, and protecting Indigenous rights.

Location and hours

Working remotely or hybrid across 20-25 flexible hours per week, you'll join a mission-driven organisation where your Salesforce skills don't just support business goals, they help save the world's most vital ecosystems and the people who've protected them for millennia.

Whilst remote applications are welcome, Cornwall-based candiates will be prioritsed.
