Cool 365 Ltd is a well-established air conditioning and ventilation specialist, working across London, Kent, and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our engineering team and are recruiting experienced Air Conditioning Engineers. This single advert covers two distinct roles. Applicants should clearly state which role best matches their experience.

Air Conditioning Service & Repairs Engineer Role includes:

  • Servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
  • Working on splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems, and FCUs
  • Residential and commercial sites
  • Planned maintenance and reactive works
  • Occasional out-of-hours work (overtime paid)

Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Role includes:

  • Installation-only role (no servicing or breakdowns)
  • Split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and FCU installations
  • First-fix and second-fix works
  • Pipework, pressure testing, evacuation, commissioning, and handover
  • Working closely with the projects and contracts team

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years’ industry experience
  • F-Gas certified
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within approx. 15 miles of Dartford DA2 7ER
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What we offer:

  • Salary £45,000 – £55,000 per year (DOE)
  • Overtime available
