The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide a professional and efficient service to all customers, via inbound telephone calls and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deal with inbound customer calls professionally, taking orders and assisting with queries
  • Providing email, live chat, social media and reviews support as and when required
  • Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company procedures
  • Promoting sales and products by cross and upselling methods
  • Reporting potential sales leads to the manager for follow-up action
  • Attending update training sessions as and when required
  • Maintaining a full understanding of all product lines
  • Referring callers to the appropriate department as and when required
  • To resolve all consumer issues and complaints within company-defined timescales, including consistent follow-up and escalation where necessary

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience within a customer service role, being able to communicate clearly and with people at all levels. You must also be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, whilst being able to cope under pressure.
