We are Cooksongold, the UK\βs largest one-stop shop for the jewellery maker, supporting jewellers across the country since 1918, with everything from precious metals to jewellery tools. We are part of HM Precious Metals, one of Europe\βs largest refiners and processors of precious metals.
Our head office is in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, with a London Trade Counter in Hatton Garden. We are a friendly, well-established, growing business of 280 employees, with nearly 60% having worked here over 5 years. Join our team!
We are recruiting a confident Sales Assistant for our Hatton Garden Store. You will be the face of the store, providing friendly, reliable service, offering advice on our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include product sales, handling precious metal scrap queries, general administration, stock replenishment, and participating in stock takes.
Requirements include previous experience in a customer-facing role, a desire to deliver excellent customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile. An interest in jewellery making is beneficial but not essential.

Hours of Work
