Internal Sales Executive\\nBirmingham, UK\\n\\nCooksongold is the UK's largest one-stop shop for the jewellery maker, offering a wide range of products, including precious metals, findings, gemstones, tools, and more. We’ve been supplying precious metals across the jewellery, decorative and Industrial sectors since 1918. Based in the heart of the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, we are a friendly, well-established and growing business.

\\n\\nCookson Industrial is a dynamic new division dedicated to providing precious metals for industrial applications. This new initiative is vital to our strategic growth, focusing on expanding our offering beyond the jewellery industry. \\n\\nRole Description\\n\\nThis is a full-time hybrid Internal Sales Executive role based in Birmingham with the flexibility for some remote work.

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sale of our Industrial Products and Services, Commercial Support Area which incorporates industrial, dental and additive manufactured products by:\\n\\n- Providing administrative support to the business development managers (BDM)\\n- Producing accurate customer quotations for manufactured and bought-in products\\n- Taking customer calls \\n- Order processing and order tracking\\n- Corresponding with customers and providing order updates\\n- Support in maintaining quality management systems\\n- Liaising with other team members, departments and senior leaders\\n\\nWhat you’ll need to bring \\n\\n- Experience in an Administration role \\n- Some understanding of basic engineering terminology and application\\n- Able to work confidently on Excel, using simple formulas \\n- Strong written, communication and mathematical skills \\n- Work well as part of a team and be prepared to get involved in a multi-skilled environment\\n- Customer sales background with quoting, and knowledge of precious metal pricing would be an advantage\\n- Interest in additive manufacturing and applied engineering would be an advantage\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n- Up to 34 days' paid leave per year \\n- A generous Pension Scheme, employee contributions are matched by the company up to 8%\\n- Life Assurance up x6 salary \\n- BIG discounts on company products – everything from precious metal to tools\\n- Eyecare Vouchers\\n\\nOther organisations may call this role Inside Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, BDE, Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, or B2B Sales Executive.\\n\\nSo, if you’d like to join us as an Internal Sales Executive, please apply via the button shown.
