We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide a professional and efficient service to all customers, via inbound telephone calls and email.
- Providing email, live chat, social media and reviews support as and when required
- Promoting sales and products by cross and upselling methods
- Reporting potential sales leads to the manager for follow-up action
- Attending update training sessions as and when required
- To resolve all consumer issues and complaints within company-defined timescales, including consistent follow-up and escalation where necessary
