Cooksongold, based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, is seeking a Scrap Advisor to support precious metal scrap handling and account management at our PMP Store.
You will greet customers, perform daily administration, maintain stock accuracy, advise on products, and process scrap and bullion with care and efficiency. Previous experience in customer-facing roles helps, and knowledge of precious metals is beneficial but not required.
