The Role
We are looking for an experienced Chemical Lab Team Leader to provide a technical knowledge-based service supporting operations, sales and remote sites with accurate, up-to-date data and information. To identify opportunities for improvement through new technologies and management of the chemistry lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse samples submitted by company departments and customers and report the results within the agreed timescales
- Lead, develop and motivate the lab team
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to guarantee a safe working environment
- Keep up to date with progress and developments within the field to help maintain Cooksongold's technical expertise
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience within a chemical lab role or similar and be able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You must also be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, whilst being able to cope under pressure.
