What you’ll do day to day

  • Supervising and co-ordinating activities of sales staff
  • Ensure maximum direct selling time
  • Effective handling of all sales enquiries
  • Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach
  • Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe
  • Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on: Prospecting, customer follow-up and closing deals, Time management
  • Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record

  • A hands on leader and financially aware
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills
  • Motor Industry experience is preferable
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively
  • Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure
