What you’ll do day to day:

  • Completing all administration paperwork for fleet department vehicle sales
  • Running and updating daily stock reports
  • Allocation of registrations, ordering leasing company packs and accessories
  • Liaise with PDI centre to ensure vehicle preparation
  • Registering sold vehicles to regulated standards
  • Using in house spreadsheets to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Liaising with the sales and sales support teams regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
