Working in our parts department as a Parts Driver you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Satisfying customer requirements in ensuring parts are delivered in time and to the correct address.
  • Representing the brand image to our customers.
  • Collecting payment for parts carried out if required.
  • Having a flexible approach when situations arise.
  • Ensuring van is presentable at all times.
  • Maintaining required level of accuracy when completing any paperwork associated with delivering parts.
  • Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department.
