What you’ll do day to day:

  • Servicing our vehicles – you’ll be carrying out checks and maintenance in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Identifying, repairing and replacing components and parts that are faults.
  • Liaising with our Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
  • Maintaining repair and service records.
  • Learn and demonstrate work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
  • To always consider the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating our customer‐centric approach.
  • To satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship – engage with our provider and ensure course progress.

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science
