Hours: 8 Hours Per Week

Pay rate: £12.30 Per Hour (including paid breaks)

Join Our Retail Team! Our shops at COOK play active roles in the communities they serve, thanks to the warmth, knowledge, and care of our Retail Team. We are looking for remarkable people who can host customers in the shop as they would at home.

The Role

  • Offer exceptional service, prioritizing the customer above all else.
  • Use your knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions.
  • Discuss upcoming offers, products, and promotions.
  • Maintain the shop's appearance: ensure it is clean, stocked, and organized, with freezers full.
  • Operate the till efficiently and accurately.
  • Understand shop paperwork and legal checks and their purposes.
  • Open and close the shop, including cashing up.
  • Check deliveries, assist with stock taking, and place orders as needed.
  • Wear a clean apron and name badge at all times.
