Join Our COOK Family as a Chef de Partie in our Pastry & Pies kitchen
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent – COOK Pastry & Pies
Hours: Sunday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm .
Pay rate : £30,182.88 (yes this include paid breaks)

The Role

Take ownership of your section, ensuring every ingredient meets our exacting standards of freshness and quality.

Prepare each dish with care, maintaining precise portion control and consistency.

Work closely with the Sous Chef, contributing to daily planning, problem-solving, and service excellence.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness — because we believe a clean kitchen is a professional one.

Collaborate across sections to deliver a smooth, efficient service in a busy, high-volume kitchen built on trust and respect.

Good to Have
* Previous experience as a chef.
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
* Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
