Are you commercially minded with a passion for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders? If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, then the role of New Product Development Manager could be of interest to you.

We are a growing food manufacturing business looking for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent relationship skills to oversee all aspects of our new product development process.

You do not need to have specific food experience, but a love of it will help!

Skills must also include:

1. Numeracy
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. An ability to think for yourself
4. Be proactive
5. A good sense of humour

The role will involve managing a team of people to deliver new products that are commercially viable in a complex, fast-paced environment.

This role will also allow you to drive the development process from inception and brief to factory handover, whilst using your initiative to ensure that the New Product Development Launch process is brought together effectively.
