THE ROLE
The successful candidates will find themselves directly reportable to the Site Manager and will have the opportunity to work in the following areas of the farming process: grading, splitting, fish husbandry, harvesting, cleaning, and general site maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
Full training will be provided prior to commencement of employment. This will include: First Aid (22 June 2026) and Personal Survival Techniques (25 June 2026). In addition, successful candidates will be required to hold a valid Seafarers Medical Certificate prior to employment. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility with working hours and days and be reliable team players who can also work independently when needed. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
