THE ROLE
The successful candidates will find themselves directly reportable to the Site Manager and will have the opportunity to work in the following areas of the farming process: grading, splitting, fish husbandry, harvesting, cleaning, and general site maintenance. There are fantastic opportunities for full training including apprenticeships.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Candidates must be flexible with working hours and days
- Be a good team player but have the ability to work independently when required
- Inter-personal and excellent communication skills.
The s uccessful candidates will be required to hold a valid Seafarers Medical Certificate.
