THE ROLE: The successful candidates will find themselves directly reportable to the Site Manager and will have the opportunity to work in the following areas of the farming process: grading, splitting, fish husbandry, harvesting, cleaning, and general site maintenance. There are fantastic opportunities for full training including apprenticeships.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Candidates must demonstrate flexibility with working hours and days, and be reliable team players who can also work independently when needed. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. The successful candidates will be required to hold a valid Seafarers Medical Certificate.
