Responsibilities
- Seal and box meals to ensure all products meet legal weight requirements and high presentation standards.
- Verify freezing processes, operate x-ray and metal detection equipment, and confirm all packaging and labeling match specifications.
- Complete all paperwork accurately, including legal obligations.
- Collaborate effectively in a small team to minimize damage and wastage.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or catering (NVQ Level 2 is a bonus).
- A background in team leadership is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
