Responsibilities

  • Seal and box meals to ensure all products meet legal weight requirements and high presentation standards.
  • Verify freezing processes, operate x-ray and metal detection equipment, and confirm all packaging and labeling match specifications.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately, including legal obligations.
  • Collaborate effectively in a small team to minimize damage and wastage.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or catering (NVQ Level 2 is a bonus).
  • A background in team leadership is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
