Coaching Porters and Cleaners
- - coaching Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger
Championing standards
- - ensuring hygiene tasks are planned, completed, and compliant with food safety, H&S, and legal regulations
Creating calm and confidence
- - maintaining clean, safe spaces that allow others to do their best work
Taking ownership
- - managing cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently
Improving the system
- - finding smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high and costs low
Supporting cross-team success
- - working with other departments to make sure equipment and spaces are ready for action
Documenting with care
- - keeping hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail
