Location: Sittingbourne
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm; we are a 24/7 operation so flexibility for this role is essential.
Pay rate: £35,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Support, guide and motivate your team across all shifts, ensuring they have the understanding and capability to do their jobs safely and efficiently.
- Lead the way with a focus on kitchen hygiene to support safety and food quality.
- Contribute to shaping and delivering the annual plan for the kitchens as well as meeting weekly and monthly targets.
Qualifications / Nice to Have
- COSHH Experience
- Food Safety Level 3
- HACCP - Level 3
- Experience of managing a team of shifts
- Budget handling
- Managing and prioritising workload of yourself and your team
- Motivation and development of team members
- Experience of automatic cleaning systems
