Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm with some Saturdays and bank holiday as and when required during busy periods, Days off in the week if Saturdays are worked.
We are Flexible but minimum of 3 days in the office either our Sittingbourne or Tonbridge office.

The Retail Operations team plays a vital role in the success of our Retail shops by providing them with the tools to deliver remarkable service to our customers. You will be passionate about Retail, able to work well in a fast paced environment and deliver excellent support to our shop teams every day of the week.

Your Team
Support the Retail Ops Manager and Team members by being an active part of the team, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. Working together to create a remarkable shop experience.
The Role
Be the first line of support for our shops on the phone and via email.
Collaborating with other teams you always seek improvements, are retail focused and support new working practices by providing clear communications and instructions for our shop teams.
Provide high quality written communications for our shop teams through our weekly bulletin, work instruction one pagers and daily emails. Collating key information from across the business and delivering it in a timely manner & digestible format.
Be knowledgeable of our Retail shop operations with an ability to problem solve and act upon issues reported by the shop floor teams. Using your own experience and drawing from the wider teams you will be both reactive and pro-active in helping to minimise disruption that could affect the shop teams and our customers.
Build, develop and maintain relationships across the business and be the bridge between Retail and other HQ departments, so that our shop teams are always kept up to date with what they need to know.
Assist with key Retail projects such as new shop openings and system implementations.
Support the shop teams with Click and Collect and Local Delivery system setups, troubleshooting and customer queries.
Own the Retail Calendar and support the Retail team with events.
Assist with stock management and product recalls.
Day to day administration and queries.
Good to Have
Experience of working in Retail, preferably at a management level.
Confidence in new situations and the ability to solve problems and keep smiling under pressure.
You have great verbal and written communicator with a high standard of spoken and written English and a good level of IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Highly organised with an eye for detail with the drive and passion to implement and improve current processes where needed.
Able to build and develop good relationships.
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
