Hours: Monday to Friday 10pm – 6am

That’s why we need sharp‑eyed, fast‑moving team players to seal, sleeve, and box our delicious dishes to perfection. The Role
- Accuracy & Presentation: Seal and box meals to ensure all products meet legal weight requirements and high presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Verify freezing processes, operate x‑ray and metal detection equipment, and confirm all packaging and labeling match specifications.
- Documentation: Complete all paperwork accurately, including legal obligations.
- Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively in a small team to minimise damage and wastage.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or catering (NVQ Level 2 is a bonus).
- A background in team leadership is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
