Hygiene Team Supervisor Location: Sittingbourne, Kent – COOK Classic Kitchen Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm Pay rate: £30,732.00 per year

The Role

  • Inspiring your team – coaching Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger
  • Championing standards – ensuring hygiene tasks are planned, completed, and compliant with food safety, H&S, and legal regulations
  • Creating calm and confidence – maintaining clean, safe spaces that allow others to do their best work
  • Taking ownership – managing cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently
  • Improving the system – finding smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high and costs low
  • Supporting cross-team success – working with other departments to make sure equipment and spaces are ready for action
  • Documenting with care – keeping hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail
