Group Technical Administrator
Location– Sittingbourne
Salary- £12.71phr
Hours– 24hrs per week
Purpose:
To ensure that the wider Group Technical Team are supported with day-to-day administration needs and assistance with projects.
About the role:
Reporting to Group Technical Manager and based at the COOK Office site, you will work closely with all Group Technical Team members and stakeholders from wider business. Occasional travel to other sites and shops.
The Role
- Carry out day to day tasks supporting Group Technical Team
- Work on project-based tasks as required including; collation of Service Suppliers used at COOK.
- Collaborate with the Supplier Specifications Technologist to assess packaging suitability and build a library of packaging information including key data points and photos.
- To aid with the role out of the New Cook Kitchen standard, liaising with Head of Operations Technical and Risk Assurance & Compliance Manager; to include creation of new CKS Risk Assessments
- To provide support for the COOK Document Library; monitoring workload, helping key stakeholders with day-to-day queries and perform scheduled review of documents.
- To give Group Technical team members help with their Strategic Objectives and to drive the GT strategy.
- To assist the Retail Compliance Manager with recording and monitoring of Audit or shop visit results and ensuring timely closing out of Non-Conformances or action.
- Keep the Retail Risk Analysis Table up to date.
- Cover Lead Technical Administrator with Compliance Packs – sending out Document Pack to New Shops for Yellow Compliance folder.
- Support Food Safety Culture within COOK and completion of any tasks identified in this remit.
