Join Our COOK Family as a Concessions Coordinator - 1 year Fixed Term
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 17.00
Pay rate: £26,208.00
Purpose: As part of the Concessions team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales strategy and multiple functions within the Concessions sales channel. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the following teams: New Business, Field Sales, National, Launch, Office and the Concessions Director.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for internal teams and external visitors, including kitchen tours.
- Keep Qlik, Sell, Unity and other systems up-to-date throughout the year.
- Complete regular sales reports by pulling weekly, monthly, or quarterly data and inputting it into reports or slides.
- Plan key dates and work with other co-ordinators to create a calendar for the whole year.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager to implement and drive EDI & Self Service areas forward to enable more automation and efficiency within the channel.
- Support the Concessions co-ordinators as and when required for product changes, recalls, issues and range queries.
- Manage and maintain stock levels for printed materials, small POS items, team uniform and tasting equipment.
- Support sending sample boxes out after tradeshows and events.
- Plan and organise team events, off-site meetings, and trips.
- Ensure all new tickets are assigned within an agreed timeframe and resolved swiftly.
- Help the New Business team with mapping, and follow-up for new leads.
- Help drive sales by supporting the field sales and launch teams as and when required.
- Book and co-ordinate monthly team meetings including lunch.
- Complete Concessions Manager KPI tracker.
- Wastage and sales reports, account closures, monthly national sales report, rebates and credits, inputting new leads.
Essential:
- Excellent proven organisation, negotiation, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Ability to use own initiative to problem solve and the mindset to get stuck in to get the job done.
- Good level of written communication.
- Good level of IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, stay in control of a situation and meet critical deadlines.
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when the need arises.
- Prior experience in delivering a good level of customer service.
Good to have:
- Previous sales or co-ordinator role experience.
- B2B relationship intelligence and trading understanding.
- Experience of working with a branded product.
- Previous proven record of overachieving sales targets in a B2B or B2C sales role.
