The Role
- Ensure all ingredients meet high-quality standards before use.
- Maintain portion control for every dish prepared.
- Support and report to the Sous Chef daily.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other sections and team members in a high-volume environment.
Good to Have
- Previous experience as a chef.
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
